Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using All Level Construction's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services Description

All Level Construction provides residential and commercial construction services including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home additions, interior and exterior remodeling, and basement finishing in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR areas.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project requirements
• Maintain the property in a condition that allows work to proceed
• Make timely payments as outlined in your project agreement
• Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
• Provide reasonable access to the work area

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are detailed in individual project agreements. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.

Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional work may result in adjusted timelines and costs.

Warranties

All Level Construction stands behind our work with industry-standard warranties for labor and materials. Specific warranty terms are provided in project agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from our work, except as required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels in Clark County, WA.

Termination

Projects may be terminated by either party with reasonable notice. Termination may incur costs for work completed and materials ordered.
