3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your project requirements
• Making timely payments as outlined in project agreements
• Making decisions regarding materials, colors, and finishes in a timely manner
• Providing access to the work area during scheduled work hours
• Securing pets and children away from work areas

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be detailed in project-specific contracts. Generally, projects require deposits and progress payments as outlined in the agreement.

5. Project Timeline

While we strive to complete projects on schedule, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather, material availability, and unforeseen construction issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington for projects in Washington, and Oregon State law for projects in Oregon.
